(Zoya) Phoebe

You wanna talk about glowy and amazing colors? Let's talk about Zoya "Phoebe", one of their matte colors. Oh. My. Gawsh.

Need I say more?

Holy gorgeous Batthumb!! It's like it's lit up on my nails!!! This baby was easy to apply, I did three coats. Since it dries matte, you'll want to sandwich a layer of topcoat beneath one of "Phoebe" if you want it to last longer. For experiments sake I put on several topcoats, though I left my ring finger the origional matte.

From thumb to pinky, I used Seche Vite, CND "Jade Sparkle", Julep "Melissa", and on the pinky is China Glaze "Luxe and Lush".

I don't think it gets any more summery for a nail polish! Just look at how glowy it is with a topcoat!!! Shimmery sky blue at its best!
